Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open https://www.newegg.com/global/in-en/ in browser
  2. Scroll the page a bit and then Click on Feedback
  3. Check "Include Screenshot"
  4. While screenshot is loading, scroll the page
  5. Notice the screenshot attached

Current Results

Scrolling the page while it is loading the screenshot moves the header to a wrong position in screenshot (Feedback -> Include Screenshot )

Expected Results

When the modal dialog is open, scrolling should only be allowed in modal and the parent page should not scroll.
