Summary : [Chrome] App is not showing button “Move to top” while scrolling down the page of https://www.newegg.com/tools/custom-pc-builder

Steps to reproduce: Pre-Condition: User should in log in

  1. Open the https://www.newegg.com/tools/custom-pc-builder
  2. Scroll down the page till end and try to find move to top button

Note: in another page we see move to top button

Actual: App is not showing button “Move to top”

Expected: App should show button “Move to top”
