Upvote count is not updating #229

Steps

Prereq:

User must be logged in
Region is set to US.

Go to https://www.newegg.com/abs-ala224/p/N82E16883360021?Description=pc&cm_re=pc-_-83-360-021-_-Product
Scroll down and click Q & A tab
Upvote the top question, count gets incremented
Copy and open the page link to another tab
Scroll down and click Q & A tab
Observe the question you upvoted

Expected Result

The question should remain upvoted and number is incremented.

Actual Result

Upvote count is not properly working.
