Steps to reproduce:

Pre-Condition: User should in log in

1. Open the https://www.newegg.com/tools/custom-pc-builder/pl/ID-343
2. Expand PC Builder by clicking <- button
3. Now click “Delete” button on the top
4. Click “Delete” button on the confirmation prompt
5. Observe the UI
6. Repeat step 3 to 4 for 100000000 times

Actual: In PC Builder , while deleting empty my new list -> app automatically minimizing the prompt and expanding again and Also use is able to delete same list infinite loop time

Expected: In PC Builder , while deleting empty my new list -> app should not minimizing the prompt and expanding again
and App should not allow user to delete same list infinite loop time

Not a functional issue, UX/UI - Better to disable the delete button if nothing is on the list
