Unable to scroll in 'chat with us' feedback form #233

Target URL https://kb.newegg.com/

Steps to Reproduce

  1. go to https://kb.newegg.com/
  2. enter details in Chat with us form
  3. click continue
  4. enter random text so that 'Chat with representative' appears
  5. wait till agent connects
  6. click chat close button
  7. on 'ARE YOU SURE YOU WANT TO END THIS CHAT?' select Yes, leave chat
  8. try interacting with feedback form,
  9. Enter long text in comments, unable to scroll down

Actual Result(s) Unable to scroll in 'chat with us' feedback form

Expected Result(s) The feedback form should be scrollable
