Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the URL https://www.newegg.com/d/ProductSort/BrandList?DEPA=0#Featured%20Brands
2. Click on the Top Brands and Featured Brands and observe scrolled page
3. Top Brands and Featured Brands header is not visible

Actual Result(s) Top Brands and Featured Brands header are not visible when click on the link

Expected Result(s) When click on the the link so header should be visible in top
