Steps to reproduce: Pre-Condition: User should in log in

  1. Open the https://secure.newegg.com/shop/cart
  2. Add 1 item in cart
  3. Click Cart
  4. Click “Secure Checkout” button
  5. App navigate to checkout page
  6. Try to sign out from check out page
  7. Observe the top tile

Actual: User will not be able do “Sign Out” & User will not be able to access top tile menus and search

Not a bug. That's just how it was designed for security reasons I assume. It's the same for Amazon.
