Incorrect Grammatical sentence on apply promo code

The item selected should not be available to shipped to the selected country. Or it should be unavailable with the seller

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to the "https://secure.newegg.com/"
2. click on the top-left hamburger menu
3. select the email deals option.
4. On the "SPECIAL EMAIL DEALS" page select the List view for the results
5. cllick on the 'Add to cart' option for any product under the list.
6. click on the add to cart
7. click on the 'View cart and Checkout' button
8. click on the apply 'promo code'
9. enter some invalid / random stuff and click on 'Apply' button
10. Observe for the error message which is

    HMM... we can't seem to find promo code 34343434 on our end. Check again?

here due to the Question mark at the end, the intention is not clear for the user, is this a question or the instruction
