[UI Bug] No Navigation Header in Promotion Page

Issue Title : No Navigation on header of Promotion Page Target URL : https://promotions.newegg.com/

Device: Laptop Operating System: Windows 10 Browser: Google Chrome

Steps to reproduce :

I go to https://promotions.newegg.com/
I see no navigation on header as ussual (The status when I sign in or not) Only the form that offer to promotion code by input email to subscribe.

Actual result: Make confuse, without navigation where member know their status is sign in or not.

Expected results: There are some header, the subscription form could be put below the navigation

So, this page no navigation to show the status of user, are they already sign in or not? How the user know their status in this page? I think this page very worse UI/UX design. Thank you

It's a design choice yes, but not a bug.

I don't know if the original design is without Navigation. I think the developer forget to add code for navigation on the header...lol
