My Account -> Subscription Orders default message when there are no subscription orders should be changed since there is no "Find Orders Within:" field #255

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open newegg app in browser
  2. Sign. in to your account and make sure there are no subscription orders in the account
  3. Click on Welcome Username -> Account Settings
  4. Click on Subscription Orders
  5. Notice the message shown on the page
  6. Notice the dropdown fields available on the page
  7. It has a view field with options - Active, Inactive, All

Current Results

It shows "No Subscription orders were found within the period specified. " though there is no time period field like it is available in other tabs like Digital Orders, Order history etc.

Expected Results

My Account -> Subscription Orders default message when there are no subscription orders should be changed since there is no "Find Orders Within:" field

It should show "No Active Subscription order were found" since the default selected value is "Active" in the dropdown.
