My Challenges is not changed #221

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Visit https://topcoder.com
  2. Click on LOG IN in the header, then continue with valid user credentials.
  3. go to challenges--> My challenges: https://topgear.topcoder.com/challenges?bucket=my&tracks[DS]=true&tracks[Des]=true&tracks[Dev]=true&tracks[QA]=true&types[]=CH&types[]=F2F&types[]=TSK
  4. It doesn’t display my registered new changes. But it is showing Find Bug challenge.

Bug type: Functional Bug

Expected Result: My challenge count should be 3.

Device/OS/Browser Information: Lenovo Laptop / Windows 10.

Also Please attach a video of the bug where the reviewer can see the tester registering to a challenge and challenge not appearing in the my-challenges tab. When you have a video proof for your bug, it increases the chances of your bug getting approved as video would have all steps necessary to reproduce the bug.
