UI Bug - Overlapping “Support” button of element at bottom of page through different page widths #254

Steps to Reproduce: This occurs throughout most pages I’ve visited where the page is half sized. For example: https://www.topcoder.com/community/practice , https://www.topcoder.com/community , etc.

Actual Result: Overlapping elements; the “Support” button covers several buttons while scrolling through the page. Consistently, at the bottom of page the “Follow Us” elements are covered up:

Expected Result: Non-overlapping page elements similar to full screen UI

@akuligowski9 I cannot reproduce the issue by following the given steps.

Can you please update the 'steps to reproduce' section with steps starting from loading www.topcoder.com
