page constant reloading #258

In Topcoder competitive programming login page constant reloading.

Steps to Reproduce: Step1: Search for Topcoder.com in the browser Step2: Click on the compete link or follow this link https://www.topcoder.com/challenges Step3: Click on the Competitive Programming link. step 4: Click on the Web Arena Link, then observe the constant reloading.

Actual Result: Web Arena page is constantly reloading the login session

Expected Result: Login session should process one time and go to the Web Arena, not contanst reloading.
