Functional Bug: Broken links in Payments page #310

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Navigate to the "Payment" tab under Community
  2. On the top bar, click on "Compete" and then "Design Challenges"
  3. Same issue exists for the following pages: a. "Design Challenges", "Development Challenges", "Data Science Challenges" under "Compete"; b. "Design", "Development", "Data Science" under "Learn" c. "Overview" under "Community"

Actual Result: Error 404 page is shown Expected Result: Live page should be shown Screenshots: Screenshot (53)
