The button (link) overlaps the main text #385

Bug Title: UI Bug Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to https://www.topcoder.com/data-science/
  2. Scroll down to the section 'Get started with data science at topcoder'.
  3. After clicking on the carousels card, the text and links (buttons) appear. Some buttons overlap the bottom lines of the card's text.

Actual result: Links overlap the main text.

Expected result: Links are below and do not overlap text.
