[UI Bug] Cards Become Unresponsive in Infinite Loop Section When Resizing #390

Steps to Reproduce:-

  1. Visit topcoder.com/customer/the-community/.
  2. Navigate to the Infinite Loop Card Section above the footer.
  3. Open the browser's Developer Tools (shortcut: Ctrl + Shift + I).
  4. Resize the page and observe the Infinite Loop Card's image and text behavior. i. Note unresponsiveness below 1250px and above 768px. ii. Also, observe similar unresponsiveness in tablet-sized view.
