[UX / Usability Bug] Cards Display Too Large and Inconsistent Heights Below 768px #391

Steps to reproduce:-

  1. Visit topcoder.com/customer/the-community/.
  2. Navigate to the Infinite Loop Card Section above the footer.
  3. Open the browser's Developer Tools (shortcut: Ctrl + Shift + I).
  4. Resize the page to a width below 768px and observe:
    • Note that the cards appear disproportionately large and may not be user-friendly.
    • Observe variations in the height of some cards compared to others, affecting the visual consistency.

Actual Result :-

Expected Result:

The cards should be slightly smaller for improved aesthetics and a more visually appealing display.
