[UI] Date Range Display not clearly visible. Month, Year not visible. #392

Bug Title: No Month and Year Visible on Date Filter of search and misalignment of days with dates and a horizontal bar wrongly placed.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Visit https://www.topcoder.com/thrive/search?
  2. Navigate to filters and select Date Start or Date End.
  3. Check the misalignment of Days with Dates and no Month and Year visible.

Actual Result: bug_ux_date_range

Expected Result: No Misalignment. Ability to change month and year.
