[Functionality] Register option coming in challenge already registered in My challenges and also in Open to Register #394

Bug Title Challenge already registered. Still showing to register in My Challenges and in Open to Register

Steps To Reproduce

  1. visit https://www.topcoder.com/challenges?bucket=my&tracks[DS]=true&tracks[Des]=true&tracks[Dev]=true&tracks[QA]=true&types[]=CH&types[]=F2F&types[]=TSK
  2. select myChallenges in filter and see all challenges have the option to register when already registered, and allowing click and on click redirecting to the challenge page.
  3. same challenges that are registered are coming in Open To Register with register option.

Actual Result challenge_visible_for_open_after_registeration functionality_bug challenge_registered

Expected Result

  1. Register option should not be visible in the my Challenges and challenge should not be in Open Challenges list. In My Challenges list, the Unregister option should be there and on clicking user should be unregistered and the challenge should be removed from the My Challenges list and added to Open Challenges list.
