No information is displayed at Documentation page at Switch Tools--> Manage. #396

Reproduction Steps

  1. Click on Get started button at Top coder Home page.
  2. Click on Talent--> I am here to work and learn button at Which are you? screen.
  3. Screen gets Re-Directed and new page is displayed.
  4. Click on Switch tools button and click on Documentation button under Manage.
  5. --> screen is displayed as blank, no information is displayed. Expected Result Information should be displayed.
