Bug Title: Social Accounts can't be accessed due to misalignment of chatbot icon Steps to Reproduce:

Hit https://www.topcoder.com/ in the browser Scroll to the bottom Screenshot:

Actual Result: Social Accounts can't be accessed due to misalignment of chatbot icon

Expected Result: Support Chatbot button should be aligned properly

Device/OS/Browser Information:

Mac OS, Chrome

UI Bug: Form validation is not up to the mark.
