Keyboard Tab Navigation Issue Prevents Dropdown Selection in Profile Experience Editing #412

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Navigate to the link: https://www.topcoder.com/
  2. Go to "My Profile"
  3. Click on the "Edit" icon for the Experience section
  4. Click on the "+Add Experience" button
  5. Begin filling out the details in the form
  6. Use the tab key on the keyboard to navigate through the form fields

Actual Result: Users are unable to select dropdown list items using the keyboard navigation keys.

Expected Result: Users should be able to select the dropdown list items using the spacebar and up and down arrow keys to navigate and select the options.
