‘Search Parameter’ - Clear Button Fails to Reset Fields to Default 'Any' Value #415

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Navigate to the link: https://www.topcoder.com/
  2. Go to the "Review" section.
  3. Select "Late Deliverables"
  4. Note that all search parameters are set to the default value of 'Any'.
  5. Modify or select values for all search parameters.
  6. Click on the "Clear" button.

Actual Result: Clicking on the "Clear" button clears only some fields, not all.

Expected Result: Clicking on the "Clear" button should reset all fields to the default value of 'Any'.
