Delay in scheduled challenge launch #2

A scheduled challenge launch is delaying by an hour from the last couple of weeks and it automatically launches after an hour.

@BadalZ Can you please look into it ASAP ? There has been consistent complains from the members related to it to stability of Autopilot.

hi @NehaSharma02 / @RiteshTC : On dev environment I am not able to reproduce this scenario. Can you share me some project id / challenge id for which you received complain so I can go and check into database for more investigation?

Hi Team, There has been Database table lock happening on 'Project' table which is causing some problem. I have reported / shared info with Tony as well.

Challenge phases are not opening on scheduled time. Please check and fix the issue.

More challenges that didn't start automatically, had to open both registration and submission phases manually:
