Nice to have : Private Message to Copilot #138

Reason : Sometime newcomer/rookie member feel embarrassed to ask basic questions in front of veteran at challenge discussion, so they don't get complete information about the challenge to make better submission

Sugestion : Private Message to Copilot, so newcomer/rookie member can resolve their curiosity, increase their confidence to participate and give their best submission

Looks like the forum engine already supports private messaging

I think we can also use this instead of the old style Contact Managers (at OR), to reach the co-pilot? Upon my testing, I haven't got any notification for this private messages. If you can enhance this functionality a bit (like the email nofitications) in the new forums, you can remove the need of Contact Managers link I think
