at the login, the "how did you hear about us?" is quite cool, think that will help the team evaluate to enhance and expand the community as well.
but it would be better if it comes with a dropdown like country do, as you guys can like generalized the reason? because some of the people could potentially be confused about how are they supposed to answer it. probably the raw dropdown lists could be:

Topcoder Workshops
Social Media
Etc
