Issue Title : Web :Let's talk showing in pop up window

Operating System: Windows 11

Browser: Chrome

Steps to reproduce: Step 1: Go to topcoder.com Step 2: Go to WEB DEVELOPMENT and click learn more Step 3: scroll down and go to GET STARTED WITH WEB DEVELOPMENT AT TOPCODER Step 4: Click learn more in any of the slider Step 5: Click lets talk showing in pop up

Actual result: Lets talk showing in popup window

Expected results: lets talk should navigate to the page as all other pages

Bug Type: Functional issue

Testing collateral: chrome version device info

good catch... the expected page would not be the one above though @drasticdpk as that has the DS utm tag, it would be the similar one but with the web dev utm tag.

@jamesmarquez this is an important one
