[ iphone ] Menu user can see blank space and screen is scrollable #6437

Describe the bug Mandatory form field for FORRESTER REPORT do not have asterisk sign

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://www.topcoder.com/
  2. click on menu
  3. scroll down

Expected behavior scroll should not be there when elements are not present
