Apply universal navigation to my profile page

Description

The profile page has the legacy navigation.

As a user, if I click on “My profile” from the dropdown menu in my avatar, I should be taken to my public profile page which should have the “in tool” nav view.

Please ensure that the recent change here is extended for the items below:

• Path for applying "My Profile" should be all pages under /members/{handle}
• Apply tool nav view for "My Profile" page
• Name the tool “My Profile”
• Tool root should be /members/{handle}
• Login redirect should be /members/{handle}
