[$75] Update forum processor for self-service statuses

@atelomycterus - In my testing of the end-to-end flow for self-service, I'm noticing the forums aren't getting created properly. Apparently, the new self-service challenges use different status values, instead of "New" / "Draft", etc...

We would like to add a new handler / update the existing one to also create forums on the "Approved" status.

@atelomycterus - Ignore this for now - I think this is a bug in the self-service app, not creating the "discussions" object on the challenge JSON.
