This PR restores the Legacy Web Design (version A) intake which was no longer supported after introducing the newer Web Design (version B), new intakes, and new styling. The reason for restoring vA is that for the next release we are only going to deploy the Data Advisory intake and not vB. vB will be hidden from end users.
Changes include:
The self-service wizard now contains two tiles for web design: Web Design and Web Design (NEW). The latter can be hidden to end users for next release
vA can be still be accessed through the path "website-design", while vB can now be accessed through "website-design-new"
