This PR fixes the issue where the Data Advisory form details were not getting displayed in Work Manager.
Although PROD-2221 is specific to Data Advisory, this fix also resolves the same issue for Web Design (v2) and Data Exploration.
Refactored function that I had created when fixing same issue for Find Me Data to be used for the other intakes. This allowed for the deletion of multiple files that contained redundant functions for each intake type to instead use the new standardized functions
