Expected results:
If any challange has more than 10000 USD than it wont show up in challange listing page.
default value of Prize amount "To" field should be 99999 USD

Steps: 1) go to https://platform.topcoder.com/earn/find/challenges 2) Observe default value of Prize amount "To" field
Actual result: default value of Prize amount "To" field 10000 USD
Expected results: If any challange has more than 10000 USD than it wont show up in challange listing page. default value of Prize amount "To" field should be 99999 USD
