Earn app page not loading and displaying a blank page #187

Description:

Earn app page is not loading when accessed through URL (https://platform.topcoder-dev.com/earn) or from the top nav bar.

@LieutenantRoger , accessing earn app now loads challenges, but when we click on the challenges link on the nav, it loads a blank page.The page loads after refreshing
