Payment Setup: UI Issues #101

  1. Add missing full name in Payment Setup page. Should be added to the sub pages as well - tax form & payment service

  1. "Topcoder Payment Policies" is a link. Style it like other links in the form (See "Please complete form W-9" in https://platform.topcoder-dev.com/onboard/payment-setup/tax-form/w-9/confirm) for example

  1. The text support@topcoder.com in "Yes, I have emailed my details to support@topcoder.com" is a link, but not clickable. If you click on it, the checkbox is toggled. https://platform.topcoder-dev.com/onboard/payment-setup/payment-provider/paypal support@topcoder.com should behave like regular mailto links

  2. Remove the text "Almost done, Be sure to setup..."
