Remove Tax info collection from new member onboarding - final fixes #191

Issue 1

“Finish Later” button is taking the user to the previous step “Build your profile” instead of completing the flow.

Issue 2

The popup for the payment providers doesn’t fit to the screen size (goes out of screen, no option to scroll). Hence not able to view the buttons placed below for the Paypal and WU pop ups.

Issue 3

Typo in the information provided below the listed payment providers. It should be ‘respective’ instead of ‘perspective’.
