[TCO20-North America][Web-Chrome]- Clicking on the “Term of Use” link will lose the signup process. User have to restart the sign up process Reproduction Steps:

1. Open the app https://www.w3schools.com/
2. Double Click “Login” icon
3. Click “Sign Up free” button
4. Enter valid Email
5. Enter Password as “123456Aa”
6. Enter Repeat Password as “123456Aa”

7. Click “Term of” Use link

   Actual Result: Clicking on the “Term of Use” link will lose the signup process. User is navigating to different page and not able to retain the information entered

Expected Result: Clicking on the “Term of Use” link should not lose the signup process. User should retain the user information entered in the sign up page
