[TCO20-North America][Web-Chrome]- Not able to minimize the dropdown of “Select Language” dropdown box, popup keep flickering while clicking dropdown button

Reproduction Steps:

  1. Open the app https://www.w3schools.com/
  2. Click “Translate” global button on the left top of the page
  3. Click the drop down button of the “Select Language”
  4. Again click the drop down button of the “Select Language”

Actual Result: Not able to minimize the dropdown of “Select Language” dropdown box, popup keep flickering while clicking dropdown button Expected Result: Should able to minimize the dropdown of “Select Language” dropdown box
