Error when scheduling interviews with new users

Steps

Created the new user 'taasintake900'(pw - appirio123)
Log into Teams and created a new team
Created a new job and applied to the job from gigs app from user taasintake 810
From taasintake900 user tried to schedule the interview but getting the below error and cannot schedule interviews

(This only happens for new user)

Verified in dev env, this issue is fixed.
