[Firefox-Web] Choose your country non homogenous hint color #209

Steps to reproduce

  1. go to https://connect.topcoder.com/
  2. Go to the sign up page
  3. Insure not data is entered at all
  4. have a look at the hint of the country dropdown
  5. Compare the color to other form inputs hints

Actual Result the dropdown hint text appear a little bit darker image

Expected Result When no data is entered all input fields should have a homogenous grayish hint text color as in https://marvelapp.com/prototype/9hihec1/screen/79676549
