[Chrome Web] Additional whitespace/Incorrect clipping below stock image on Sign Up page #214

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open topcoder.com on MS Edge
  2. Click Login
  3. Switch to Sign Up
  4. Switch between these tabs to observe that there is a whitespace/incorrect image clipping below the stock image on the right
