[Web][Firefox][Performance][Functional]Back on Login/signup page produces unstable, unexpected behaviour #249

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open a fresh new tab
  2. copy and paste https://connect.topcoder.com in the web top and tab go.
  3. Once connect.topcoder.com load, go to the login/signup page
  4. Press back button

Actual Result Login/singgup page keeps loading but the busy loading page in between is wastefull unnecessary https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/13720708/123478134-f1c7b400-d5f6-11eb-9c73-f77f89079443.mp4

Expected Result Once back is pressed once either exit login/signup page or reload the page fastly without all the scenario in between
