Unable to download submission from OR in DEV env #112

@SathyaJayabal just try now. There was AWS key expired. We replaced the aws key at this location - /home/apps/jboss-4.0.2/server/default/deploy/review.war/WEB-INF/classes/AwsS3Credentials.properties Thanks @Gunasekar-K
