The footer doesn't stay pinned to the bottom of the page. This should be fixed to be like the other pages in the app.
Feature added
In Work Manager we should have a button to download all submissions from a challenge so when we have a challenge with 20 submissions we don't download one at a time but do batch download. This was functionality that existed in Direct but it's not there anymore.
Let's add the button next to Manage Submissions, called Download All. The same functionality we added to the community app can be done here as well, with the zipping done in the browser.
