Admin are not able to see all users of the project #1552

@suppermancool - This one seems odd. We shouldn't be showing a list of users until a project is selected, which I don't see being done in this case.

Can you have a look and let me know your thoughts please?

Reported issue

Admin are not able to see all users of the project. They can see only when they change anyone access . Please find below screenshots for the same:

After click on any of the user’s access which are visible to admin. e.g. Try to change svsathya’s access from full to read.
