No message displayed when adding a user to already added role #1558

Steps

Go to WM project >> Resources

Add a user to a role

Now add the same user to the same role again

The user is not added to the same role by API as expected but UI doesn’t show any message, which would have been nice if we show a message in this case, like "User is already assigned a role on this challenge"
