When the challenge creator is added as the copilot and reviewer, the delete option is not available for this user #1560

Log into Wm and create a challenge

Assign the copilot role and reviewer role to the logged in user who is creating the challenge

Check the resources tab after saving draft

Delete button is not available for the reviewer and copilot roles(when another user is added to these roles, delete button is available until submission phase is closed)

In this case (where the copilot has multiple roles), we should allow the additional roles to be deleted, but not the copilot role
