multiple spaces are considered as one space #356

Reproduction Steps

  1. deploy with default test data and open the app

  2. click the "+" icon

  3. enter "local host" as Name, click Add, it will add a new server as "local host"

  4. then click the "+" icon, enter "local <2 spaces here> host" as Name, click Add

Expected Result

Multiple spaces should be kept for display.

Actual Result

See screenshot/screencast, it looks like those servers have same name.
