Provide more customized content for dashboard, including top blog posts/news, notifications about forum posts on the challenges we join. Make blog area more visual attractive - banner/image.

Blog has been relaunched to be more visually attractive.

Top Blog Posts / News and notifications about forums and challenges is something that we still would like but not happening very soon. Will keep in the Backlog.
