Client should respect timeline #17

There are challenges where client gives feedback and decides the winners very late. Designers are dissapointed as they have to work on fixed deadlines but clients don't respect the terms (3 weeks delay in both examples - checkpoint and final).

@adroc-tc is working with clients to be on time with their checkpoint and finals deadline.
